  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 cups chocolate pudding (instant or pre-made)
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 tablespoons crushed peanuts or mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press it firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form an even layer. Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth using a hand mixer. Add peanut butter and powdered sugar, mixing until fully combined. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping using a spatula until creamy. Spread this mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
  3. Spread the chocolate pudding evenly over the peanut butter layer. Use the back of a spoon to smooth it out for even coverage.
  4. Spread the remaining whipped topping over the pudding layer. Add crushed peanuts or mini chocolate chips for garnish, if desired.
  5. Cover the dessert with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is even better) to let the layers set. Slice into squares and serve cold.
