A smooth, sweet, and indulgent cold brew coffee with creamy salted caramel and a pinch of sea salt, perfect for a quick pick-me-up or a relaxing treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (240 ml) cold brew coffee
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) heavy cream (or oat cream for dairy-free)
  • 2 tablespoons caramel sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch (about 1/8 teaspoon) flaky sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey (optional)
  • Ice cubes as needed

Instructions

  1. Chill your serving glass in the fridge or freezer for about 5 minutes.
  2. Pour 1 cup (240 ml) cold brew coffee into a mixing glass or shaker.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of salted caramel sauce. Warm slightly if thick.
  4. Add 1/4 cup (60 ml) heavy cream and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Add 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey if desired.
  5. Whisk or shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until smooth and creamy. Blend briefly for frothy texture if preferred.
  6. Fill the chilled glass about 3/4 full with ice cubes.
  7. Slowly pour the creamy caramel coffee mixture over the ice to create a swirl effect.
  8. Sprinkle a tiny pinch of flaky sea salt on top.
  9. Serve immediately with a straw or spoon.

Notes

If caramel sauce is too thick, thin with a teaspoon of warm water. Use coffee ice cubes to prevent dilution. Whip cream lightly for frothy texture. Adjust sweetness and creaminess to taste. Store leftover mixture in airtight container in fridge up to 2 days; stir before serving.
