  • 2 ounces gin
  • 4 ounces tonic water
  • 1 ounce cranberry juice (unsweetened)
  • Fresh cranberries (optional, for garnish)
  • Orange slices (for garnish and juice)
  • Ice cubes
  • Rosemary sprigs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Slice an orange into thin rounds and set aside. Rinse fresh cranberries and pick a few for garnish. If using rosemary sprigs, rinse and pat dry.
  2. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
  3. In a cocktail shaker or mason jar, combine 2 ounces of gin and 1 ounce of cranberry juice. Shake or stir gently to mix.
  4. Pour the gin and cranberry mixture into the prepared glass over the ice. Top with 4 ounces of tonic water and stir gently with a bar spoon.
  5. Add fresh cranberries and an orange slice to the glass. Insert a rosemary sprig for garnish if desired.
  6. Serve and enjoy the crisp, citrusy flavors.
