  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • ½ cup ketchup (for glaze)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar (for glaze)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Transfer the meat mixture to the prepared pan or baking sheet. Shape it into a loaf and smooth out the top.

  7. Continue baking for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  8. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
