Golden, buttery garlic parmesan crust wrapped around a juicy cheeseburger center, these bite-sized treats are perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 46 slices cheddar cheese, cut into quarters
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned, then set aside to cool slightly.
  3. While the beef cools, prepare the biscuit dough. Separate each biscuit and gently flatten it with your fingers or a rolling pin to about ΒΌ-inch thickness.
  4. Place a quarter slice of cheddar cheese in the center of each flattened biscuit, followed by a spoonful of the cooked beef mixture. Wrap the dough around the filling, pinching at the seams to seal completely.
  5. Place the sealed bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush each bomb with melted butter mixed with minced garlic.
  6. Sprinkle grated parmesan evenly over the tops of the bombs. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

[‘Use cold biscuit dough for easier handling.’, ‘Avoid overfilling to prevent leaks during baking.’, ‘Seal the dough tightly to keep the cheese inside.’, ‘Rotate the baking sheet halfway through baking for even browning.’]
