  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) triple sec
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) cranberry juice (unsweetened or sweetened)
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) simple syrup
  • 2 cups (480 ml) crushed ice
  • Fresh cranberries (for garnish)
  • Coconut sugar or flaked coconut (optional for rimming glasses)

Instructions

  1. Dip the rims of your glasses into lime juice, then into coconut flakes or sugar for a festive touch. Set aside.
  2. In a blender, combine coconut milk, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, cranberry juice, and simple syrup.
  3. Add crushed ice to the blender and blend on high until the mixture is smooth and frothy, about 30-45 seconds.
