  • 20 jumbo pasta shells, cooked and cooled
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 23 green onions, chopped
  • Optional toppings: crumbled blue cheese, parsley, extra buffalo sauce drizzle

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray or oil.
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until fully combined.
  4. Using a spoon, fill each cooked shell with the buffalo chicken mixture. Place the stuffed shells in the prepared baking dish in a single layer.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the stuffed shells. Drizzle extra buffalo sauce on top if desired.
  6. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove the dish from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions and optional toppings like blue cheese or parsley before serving.

Notes

Be careful not to overcook the pasta shells to avoid tearing. Use rotisserie chicken for convenience and adjust the spice level to your preference.
