  • 1 cup mixed fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, sliced strawberries)
  • 12 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • A handful fresh mint leaves, chopped or whole (optional)
  • Chia seeds or toasted coconut flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Rinse the watermelon and dry it thoroughly. Cut off both ends to create flat surfaces. Slice the watermelon crosswise into 1-inch thick rounds. Choose firm, evenly shaped slices and pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. Spoon about 2-3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt onto each watermelon slice. Spread evenly with the back of a spoon or small spatula, leaving a small border around the edge. Optionally, stir 1 tablespoon honey into the yogurt before spreading.
  3. Distribute mixed berries evenly over the yogurt layer. Sprinkle optional chia seeds or toasted coconut flakes for extra texture and nutrition. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
