A visually striking, non-alcoholic Halloween punch featuring a glowing green base, a red ‘blood’ layer from grenadine, and spooky dry ice fog. It balances sweet fruit punch with tart lemon-lime soda for a refreshing party drink.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cans (12 oz each) Lemon-Lime Soda
  • 4 cups Fruit Punch Juice
  • 1/2 cup Grenadine Syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Lots of Ice Cubes
  • 1 teaspoon Edible Glitter or Luster Dust
  • Gummy Worms or Plastic Eyeballs (for garnish)
  • 1–2 pounds Dry Ice (optional, for fog effect)

Instructions

  1. Chill the punch bowl in the freezer for 30 minutes and chill the juice and soda beforehand.
  2. In the large punch bowl or a pitcher, combine the fruit punch juice and fresh lemon juice. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Slowly pour in the lemon-lime soda to retain carbonation. Stir gently one or two times; do not over-stir.
  4. Fill the bowl with ice cubes, leaving about 2 inches of space at the top.
  5. Slowly pour the grenadine syrup into the center of the bowl. Do not stir; let it sink to the bottom to create a red swirl.
  6. If using dry ice, break it into smaller pieces using tongs and place 1-2 chunks into the punch bowl to create fog.
  7. Garnish with gummy worms or plastic eyeballs and add edible glitter.
  8. Stir gently right before serving to mix the grenadine.

Notes

Handle dry ice with tongs or gloves; never with bare hands. Do not put dry ice in a sealed container as it can explode. The dry ice fog will dissipate after 20-30 minutes. For a healthier twist, swap half the soda for sparkling water. If you don’t have dry ice, you can skip the fog effect.
